3 tbsp Organic chia seeds
1 tsp coconut sugar (Alternative: Organic maple syrup)
1 tbsp of MVP Chocolate shake (optional)
1 pinch of cinamon
Add Bananas to your liking
Add Blueberries to your liking
Add Strawberries to your liking
Add Chia seeds and Almond milk in a mason jar
Add coconut sugar
Mix & Refrigerate overnight until pudding thickens
Add toppings (Optional)
Stir until ready and enjoy!
