One serving of this delicious & healthy pancake recipe makes 6 mini-pancakes.
1 cup organic almond flour
1 cup organic coconut or almond milk
1 banana (Mashed)
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp Purium MVP Kids Chocolate Protein
1 tbsp organic agave syrup
Chopped pecans (optional)
Dark chocolate chips (Topping)
Organic unsalted peanut butter
Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl
Add in 1 cup of organic coconut or almond milk
Add in 1 mashed banana
Add in 1 tsp of coconut oil
Add in 1 tbsp of organic agave syrup
Mix until evenly combined
Warm a nonstick skillet over low heat
Lightly brush skillet with coconut oil
Drop 6 small amounts of batter onto skillet
Flip pancake when edges are brown, and then serve
Add Chopped Pecans to your liking
