Chocolate Banana Protein Pancakes

One serving of this delicious & healthy pancake recipe makes 6 mini-pancakes.


  • 1 cup organic almond flour

  • 1 cup organic coconut or almond milk

  • 1 banana (Mashed)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt

  • 1 tbsp Purium MVP Kids Chocolate Protein

  • 1 tbsp organic agave syrup

  • Chopped pecans (optional)

  • Dark chocolate chips (Topping)

  • Organic unsalted peanut butter


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl

  2. Add in 1 cup of organic coconut or almond milk

  3. Add in 1 mashed banana

  4. Add in 1 tsp of coconut oil

  5. Add in 1 tbsp of organic agave syrup

  6. Mix until evenly combined

  7. Warm a nonstick skillet over low heat

  8. Lightly brush skillet with coconut oil

  9. Drop 6 small amounts of batter onto skillet

  10. Flip pancake when edges are brown, and then serve
