Minced Garlic & Onion




This seasoning is perfect for any dinner to improve the overall flavor. (Not it's own recipe).

Ingredients

  • 1 Red Onion (Peeled)

  • 12 Garlic Cloves (Peeled)


Instructions

  1. Put slices of Red Onions & Garlic Cloves in a food processor.

  2. Once mixed, place in a clean glass jar.

  3. Refrigerate when not in use.

  • Garlic helps prevent numerous types of cancer.

  • Onions provide antibacterial & antiviral action.
