Overnight Oatmeal

This recipe is a quick and easy source of fiber, and is a great way to start your day.


  • 1/2 cup organic rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp goji berries


  1. Pour milk into an 8 oz. mason jar

  2. Add 1/2 cup of slow cooked rolled oats, seeds, nut butter, & goji berries

  3. Press this mix down in container until soaked in milk

  4. Seal and place in the fridge overnight

  5. The next morning, if desired, add additional milk, berries, nuts, or other toppings to your liking.

Extra Options

Here are some toppings you could consider using

  • Agave Maple Syrup

  • Nut Butter

  • Chopped Nuts

  • Cinnamon Sprinkles

  • Raw Coconut

  • Sliced Bananas

  • Blueberries


  • Oats rich in fiber, carbohydrates, plant-based proteins, and B-Vitamins.

  • Rich in Iron
