This recipe is a quick and easy source of fiber, and is a great way to start your day.
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tbsp goji berries
Pour milk into an 8 oz. mason jar
Add 1/2 cup of slow cooked rolled oats, seeds, nut butter, & goji berries
Press this mix down in container until soaked in milk
Seal and place in the fridge overnight
The next morning, if desired, add additional milk, berries, nuts, or other toppings to your liking.
