All the essentials to great taste packed in a salad! Includes dressing!
1 Lemon (Squeezed)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt (Alternative: Salt)
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 15oz Can of Organic Garbanzo Beans (Drained)
1 15oz Can of Organic Red Beans (Drained)
1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion
1 Pint Grape Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
1/4 Cup Red Quinoa (Rinsed)
(Preparing the Dressing) Whisk together Lemon juice, Olive oil, Himalayan Pink Salt, & Cayenne Pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
(Preparing the Salad) In a large bowl, add Chickpeas, Red Beans, Diced Red Onion, Tomatoes, & Cilantro together.
Pour the dressing over & gently toss to combine.
For enhanced flavor, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add avocado pieces on top if desired.
Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein, and high in antioxidants.
Kidney beans contain soluble & insoluble fibers to lower "unhealthy" cholesterol.
Chickpeas are rich and fiber and build & strengthen bones.
