Red Bean Turkey Taco

Easy recipe and perfect for picky eaters. Serves 4-6.


  • 1 lb Organic Ground Turkey

  • 6 tbsp Organic Unsalted Marinara Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic & Onion

  • 2 tbsp fresh Cilantro (Chopped)

  • 2 tbsp Organic Olive Oil (Alternative: Avocado Oil)

  • 2 tsp fresh Ginger (Chopped)

  • 2 tsp Turmeric (Chopped) or organic powder form

  • 1 Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt

  • 1 Pinch Trader Joe's '21 Seasoning Salute'

  • 1 Pinch Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper (Alternative: Black pepper, Cayenne Pepper)

  • 2 fresh Scallions (Sliced)

  • 1/2 Red Pepper (Chopped)

  • Shredded cashew or vegan organic Cheese

  • Organic nutritional yeast

  • Organic Corn Taco Shells (Alternative: Organic Brown Rice Tortillas)


  1. Pour Olive oil onto skillet heated at a medium temperature

  2. Sauté the Minced Garlic & Onions, Ginger, Turmeric, Scallions, and red pepper (Amounts of each listed above).

  3. Wait until cooked.

  4. On the side, season ground turkey with Himalayan Pink Salt, 21 Seasoning Salute, & Lemon pepper.

  5. Add to skillet once veggies are cooked

  6. Use spoon to mix & chop ground turkey. Continue until fully brown.

  7. Add cilantro and mix together.

  8. Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top of tacos for extra nutrition and flavor.

  9. Serve mix into Organic Corn Taco Shells and enjoy!
