Walnut & Berry Parfait

Time to upgrade your breakfast or snack options with this healthy recipe!


  • 1 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt or any plant based yogurt.

  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries

  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries

  • ¼ cup sliced organic almonds

  • ¼ cup organic walnuts

  • 2 teaspoons honey, agave or organic maple syrup


  1. Layer yogurt, berries, almonds and walnuts in a bowl, glass, or jar.

  2. Drizzle honey, agave syrup or organic maple syrup on top.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
