1 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt or any plant based yogurt.
¼ cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
¼ cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
¼ cup sliced organic almonds
¼ cup organic walnuts
2 teaspoons honey, agave or organic maple syrup
Layer yogurt, berries, almonds and walnuts in a bowl, glass, or jar.
Drizzle honey, agave syrup or organic maple syrup on top.
